Mentors play a key role in enhancing the learning journey of the Fellows. The mentor is a dedicated guide and confidante and has a deep interest and investment in the Fellow’s wellbeing. Each Fellow is assigned to a Mentor throughout the Fellowship and regular mentor-mentee meetings are scheduled over the 9 months. This mentorship provides personalized support to each Fellow during the program and also helps explore their medium & long-term career and aspirations.
