Mentors play a key role in enhancing the learning journey of the Fellows. The mentor is a dedicated guide and confidante and has a deep interest and investment in the Fellow’s wellbeing. Each Fellow is assigned to a Mentor throughout the Fellowship and regular mentor-mentee meetings are scheduled over the 9 months. This mentorship provides personalized support to each Fellow during the program and also helps explore their medium & long-term career and aspirations.
MMFP boasts a rich pool of 15 Mentors from diverse professional fields that hold decades of experience and key leadership positions. Each mentor is connected to the Development Sector in his/her capacity and has worked with youth. Background of our mentors includes: Education Space, Medical, Social Work, NGO Management, Mental Health, Youth Advocacy, Gender Studies, Entrepreneurship, IT, Supply Chain & Journalism.
