Post induction, each of the Fellows will be assigned to an NGO to work in the field for 12 weeks. During the entire Fellowship, all Fellows will work in a maximum of 2-3 NGOs.

Each partner NGO has a clear project or area of work identified and mapped out and an NGO Guide identified to assist the Fellows. Weekly meetings are conducted with Fellows and Guides on the assigned work and reviewing of relevant documentation. This activity also helps develop the planning, program management, and implementation capacity of the NGO Guides in partnering NGOs.

Each of the projects has an enquiry-based approach embedded in it where the Fellows commence their work by formulating an enquiry question in the field projects they need to work on and then proceed to emerge with an answer to the same.
