Learning Session with Sector Experts

One of the best ways of learning any new body of knowledge is through engaging and interacting with sector experts. This is one of the key pedagogies used in the program to ensure that the knowledge imparted is from skilled practitioners who have significant experience. The Fellowship starts with a four-week-long induction program to ensure a smooth transition into the Fellowship by establishing the purpose and clear objectives of the program. Sessions include Communication Skills, Goal Setting, Social and Emotional Learning (SEL), Research Design and Principles, Professional and Field-based etiquette, etc.

Additionally on a regular basis the Fellows go through key learning sessions with sector experts focusing on building key perspectives and competencies.
