"MMFP Batch '23 - '24 - Applications open!"

Nagarika Seva Kendra, or a Citizen Service Centre, are the access points for delivery of various e-governance and business services to citizens being built and operated by many MM NGOs independently. Such kendras are the focal point where various types of important services which are useful in the common life of people are provided. Documents and services, such as Aadhaar, utility bills, Ration card, Voter ID Card, Pension, Insurance, Birth & Death certificate, Bank accounts, where digital access is needed, are filled with the help of computers. These centres offer assisted access of e-services to citizens, whereby many e-services can be availed conveniently by the people in need of the same.

MM is currently in the process of planning to setup a central Hub (Mercy Seva Sadana) to coordinate the activities of various Seva Kendras. Once the hub is functional, it will provide support and facilitation to each of the seva kendras working on the field.

Mercy Seva Sadana intends to provide the central coordination, information, ongoing activity and work content to enable these seva kendras to provide more services to the general public and enhance their utility.

Mercy Mission is non profit registered association under Karnataka Societies Act Reg No: DRB2/SOR/173/2020-2021
